Our typical shell projects range in size from just under 300,000-SF to over 1,000,000-SF. KD has successfully completed projects representing over 100,000 apartment and residential units throughout the Southern United States. We are positioned to address the needs of clients almost anywhere in the nation. Furthermore, we are fully bondable and our contracts currently range in size between $3,000,000 to $60,000,000. The majority of our completed projects every year are executed on behalf of repeat customers.
