UNIVERSITY CITY PHASE II – TOP OUT PARTY

Yet another KD Construction topping-out party is in the books! This time we celebrate University Bridge Phase II in beautiful Sweetwater. We are proud to be partnering with Balfour Beatty US on this project. A big congrats to our KD teammates and partners on this accomplishment!

575 ROSEMARY – TOP OUT PARTY

We recently celebrated the topping out of the 575 Rosemary Project—a 21-story mixed-use property at WPB Rosemary Square. Congrats to our co-workers and partners on this accomplishment!

PGA STATION – TOP OUT PARTY

We recently celebrated the topping-out of PGA Station in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It is an 8-Story Residential Building with 396 residential units and one 8-Story Parking Garage structure, with 606 total parking spaces. Total Elevated SF – 677,200 over 86,000 SF of Slab on Grade. Congrats to our co-workers and partners on this accomplishment!

ST. JUDE RUN/WALK 5K

On September 24th, KD Team participated in the St. Jude Walk/Run 5k event to fundraise for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It was an absolute honor for us to raise awareness for this incredible cause and support the mission to fight and cure childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Creating memories and supporting a worthy cause is what truly matters.

2023 LEXUS CORPORATE RUN

We congratulate the KD Construction Team for their outstanding performance at the 2023 Lexus Corporate Run! Witnessing our team representing our company and pushing themselves to the limit is truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud of the KD Team's achievements and applaud their hard work and dedication. NATIONAL SAFETY WEEK

Our job sites recently observed National Safety Week in collaboration with Hayden Casson of ABC Cares and the KD Construction Safety Team. As a significant part of this event, we organized toolbox talks about mental health in the construction industry. We express our appreciation to everyone who participated in our Safety Week activities.
