Karl Davis: Founder
With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Karl has built his company to become one of Florida’s leading shell contractors. Oliver vontroll: Executive Vice President
Oliver has over 20 years experience in all aspects of construction, ranging from field supervision to operational management. As a licensed State Certified General Contractor, he is well versed in both commercial and residential projects having successfully built multi-family apartment projects, condominium developments and multi-million dollar estate homes. Prior to joining KD Construction, Oliver owned and operated a successful development company and established a loyal following of customers. His commitment to quality and attention to detail has earned him a reputation worthy of mention in numerous trade publications. As Executive Vice President of KD Construction, he actively oversees day to day operations and plays a critical role on the management team. His goal is to deliver a quality product through superior customer service.
Luis Grajeda: Vice President Operations
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and a degree in Architecture, Luis specializes in multi-family, high-rise and commercial projects. While working as a Project Manager for firms, such as Trammell Crow and Gables Residential, he was responsible for the construction of over 3,000 apartment units. For over 10 years, he owned a successful drywall business. He is an expert at drywall and structural exterior framing, as well as a master at bringing jobs in on time and on budget. His goal is to deliver a quality product per customer expectations.
