VILLAS BY THE SEA
Located in Lauderdale by the Sea, Villas by the Sea features 117 units
in a four-building enclave, including a clubhouse and more. These four-story
Mediterranean style condominium buildings were very complex, combining two-way
transfer decks with two-way post-tension decks and masonry exterior walls.
As usual, KD Construction outperformed, delivering on time and on budget.

CORAL PLACE
A rental project located in Miami, Coral Place was completed in April of 2008. A single eight-story tower with 98 units, the structure was designed with two-way flat slabs and exterior masonry walls. In line with KD Construction’s reputation for efficiency, one complete floor of the structure was completed each week, saving time and money over other comparable projects.

SLADE AT CHANNELSIDE
Located in a renewal area of Tampa called Channelside, The Slade at Channelside
is a twin tower complex consisting of two eight-story towers, constructed
using a conventional post-tension slab structure, with masonry closure walls.
KD Construction was awarded the job on its track record for efficiency and
its building expertise.

POINCIANA GROVE
Located in Miami, this rental apartment project consists of a nine story
80-unit tower. The structure is designed with post-tension slabs and masonry
closure walls, allowing the completion of one floor of the structure every
week. As with other projects, KD Construction applied its know how and experience
to deliver superior results competitively.
